We deliver our training via Skype and/or telephone and our experience says that the outcomes and learner satisfaction are the same. This option is only available for one-to-one training. However, ask us if you have any other queries –like group training abroad- so we can give you the best solution.

We deliver our training either one-to-one or in groups at the client company. It depends on the client needs, objectives, budget, number of people to be trained and the different communication skills levels the show. The maximum number of delegates for these courses is 6-7. If the competence in communication is too diverse we will recommend the best solution in order to take the best advantage from the training. We also offer one-to-one specialised coaching to powerfully stretch the learner potential with an individual and focused approach.

A Communication Skills Audit is a no-obligation full consultation with one of our communication specialists, based on over 30 years of experience in the field of communication. The comprehensive consultation has three parts: the learner, their line-manager (if appropriate) and our specialist consultant. The aim is to carefully analyse the learner’s communication skills with regard to the objectives agreed, report findings and recommend training steps if relevant.

The agenda for this consultation programme starts with a meeting between the client (company), the learner and our specialist consultant. This clarifies objectives, challenges and background details as well as creating a measurable starting point. After this, the consultant spends 2-3 hours with the learner, analysing skills, clarifying problems and gaps, and giving tips, teaching and techniques for immediate use. The consultation ends with a summary of findings and a no-obligation training proposal for deeper training.
